Dishes
Our home kitchen is also shaped by impressions we gathered while traveling through Asia. There, cooking represents freshness, balance, and mindfulness: clear flavors, light textures, and carefully selected ingredients. Many of our recipes originate from these moments and inspirations we encountered on our travels—street food stalls, small cafes, early morning markets, or traditional meals in family-run restaurants off the beaten path. We bring these ideas home and integrate them into a cuisine that is uncomplicated, healthy, and timeless. Flavours is our collection of these impressions, dishes that combine Asian spices and experiences with uncomplicated cooking, demonstrating how much food is connected to culture, places, encounters, and beautiful tableware.

Phở is the most famous soup in Vietnamese cuisine and a true delicacy. This aromatic rice noodle soup comes in two classic varieties: Phở Bò with tender beef and Phở Gà with succulent chicken. Each bowl is an explosion of flavor, rounded off by fresh herbs, spices, and a rich broth.
